📦 Orders & Shipping
How long does shipping take?
We produce your case same-day (for orders before 3PM PST) and ship it out immediately. Most customers in the US receive their order within 3–5 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship within the United States only. International shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter to be notified.
Is shipping really free?
Yes! We offer free standard shipping on every single order, no minimum required.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow it every step of the way.
🎨 Customization
What image formats can I upload?
We accept JPG, PNG, HEIC, and WEBP files up to 16MB. For best print quality, use high-resolution images (at least 1000×1000px).
Will my photo look exactly like on screen?
We use UV-resistant inks that produce vivid, accurate colors. Due to differences between screen and print, very light or very dark images may appear slightly different. We recommend using vibrant, high-contrast photos.
Can I use any photo — even a selfie?
Yes! Any photo works — selfies, landscapes, artwork, pet photos, memes — as long as you own the rights to it or have permission to use it.
What phone models do you support?
We support 33+ models across iPhone, Samsung Galaxy, and Google Pixel. Visit the "Design Custom" page to see the full list. New models are added regularly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) via Stripe's secure payment system. Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available at checkout.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your case for any reason, contact us within 30 days and we'll reprint it for free or issue a full refund — no questions asked.
My case arrived damaged. What do I do?
We're so sorry to hear that! Email us at support@lacustomphonecase.com with your order number and a photo of the damage. We'll send a replacement immediately at no cost to you.
🏷️ Product Quality
How durable are the cases?
Our cases are dual-layer: a hard polycarbonate shell bonded to a flexible TPU inner. They're rated for drops up to 6 feet and protect all four corners and edges.
Will the print fade over time?
We use UV-resistant inks that are printed directly into the case surface — not on top of it. The design won't peel, crack, or fade with normal use.
Are the cases wireless charging compatible?
Yes! All our cases are designed to be compatible with Qi wireless charging. Just place your phone on any wireless charger as usual.
